Refund policy

We would much rather make it right than give your money back — and almost always we can. Here is exactly how it works.

1. Changed your mind? 12 hours, no questions asked

If you cancel within 12 hours of your payment, you get a full refund. Just send us a WhatsApp message or an email — no reasons needed.

2. After 12 hours, your designer is already at work

Once 12 hours have passed, a designer has started building your invitation by hand, so the payment is no longer refundable. Instead, we promise to keep working with you until you love it:

• Every package includes changes (multiple times in Basic, unlimited in Premium). Small fixes — a spelling, a time, a venue — are always free, even after delivery.
• Not feeling the design? Before the final version is delivered, you can switch to another design from our library once, free of charge.
• Need more than your package includes? We'll tell you the price first. Nothing is ever added without your OK.

3. If we don't keep our word, you get your money back

If we cannot deliver your invitation at all, or we miss the delivery time we promised you by more than 48 hours without your agreement, we refund you in full. That's on us, never on you.

4. After you approve the final version

Your invitation is a personal digital product made only for you. Once you've approved the final version and received your files or link, it can't be refunded — but text fixes stay free, as above.

5. Wedding date moved or plans changed?

It happens. We'll update the date, time or venue on your invitation and website for free, so nothing you paid for is wasted.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the same payment method within 5–7 working days. If something feels wrong, please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal — we answer within a few hours and we'll sort it out.

Terms of service

What you're ordering

A personalized digital wedding invitation (video and/or wedding website) based on the design and package you choose. Prices are shown on the website before you order; the price we confirm with you in writing is the one you pay.

Your details

You send us the names, dates, venues, photos, music and wording you'd like. Please check spellings in the preview carefully — we make what you approve. You confirm you have the right to use any photos, logos or music you send us.

Delivery

Every invitation is handmade by a designer. An invitation from one of our templates is delivered in 1–2 days, a custom design in 2–3 days, and a wedding website needs at least 2–3 days, counted from when we have all your details. Busy wedding seasons can add a little time; we'll always tell you up front.

Your invitation

The invitation is yours to share with as many guests as you like, on any app. Our designs, artwork and templates remain our work, so they can't be resold or reused for other events.

Wedding websites

Your website link and guest dashboard stay online through your wedding and for a while after it, so guests can look back. We'll let you know well before anything is ever taken down.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, the version on this page on the day you paid is the one that applies to your order.

Privacy policy

We only collect what we need to make your invitation: your names, event details, contact details, and anything you send us for the design. Your guests' RSVPs and messages are stored so you can see them on your dashboard.

• We never sell or share your details or your guests' details with advertisers.
• Your guest list and RSVPs are visible only to you through your private dashboard link.
• Payments are handled by the payment provider (cards, PayPal or UPI); we never see or store your full card details.
• This website remembers small preferences in your own browser — such as the Palace or Card style — so the page looks the way you left it.
• Want your details or your guests' details deleted? Message us and we'll remove them.
